Our new head office has won the Wales Regional LABC Award for ‘Best Non-residential New Build’ 2022.
The LABC Building Excellence Awards are the largest business to business awards in the building control sector. The Awards recognise quality in all types of building project and individual contributions in the construction industry. Not only do these awards celebrate achievements in the construction industry, they reward excellent buildings and outstanding companies that go that extra mile. The LABC network covers all local authorities in England and Wales and is split into 12 regions
The judges selected regional winners in each category based on these factors:
- Outstanding craftsmanship
- Innovation and problem solving
- Sustainability and high performance
- The challenges faced in meeting or exceeding building regulations
- Effective working relationships with LABC surveyors
- Site and project management
- Inclusivity
Having won the Wales Region LABC Award, it was a privilege to have been nominated for the National Grand Finals LABC Awards. We attended the prestigious grand finals at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London on 27th January and although we didn’t come away with the main award, we were able to showcase and promote the quality of construction we have to offer up here in North Wales and the North West within our developments!
