Bert Bonatti, nominated for the outstanding Restoration of the Grade 2 Listed building at Pendyffryn Road, Rhyl and Paul Roberts for St Winefrides, a new development designed against the code for sustainable homes, providing 21 stylish two & three bedroom homes in St Asaph.
